Automatic Aluminium Hinges Making Machine
The machine has multiple processing to realize feeding, milling(notch), punching(notch and holes), countersinking, cutting and piece’s ejecting at same time. Notch and holes punching adopt hydraulic station with high pressure that allows the realization of precise machining. This machine is the right solution for aluminium hinges making. The working cycle is fully automatic, each piece production time is only 3~5 second. Servo driver high precise feeder is optional.
