The machine have multiple processing to realize feeding, punching, tapping, punch shearing and piece’s ejecting at same time. Holes punching and shearing adopt hydraulic station with high pressure that allows the realization of precise machining. The hydraulic punch shearing makes the production have no wastage of materials. This machine is the right solution for hinges’ backplane making. The working cycle is fully automatic, each piece production time is only 3~4 second.
