MDT-380H Automatic Drilling, Tapping and Cutting Cleat Making Machine

The machine has multiple processing to realize automatic servo feeding, hot-melt drilling, tapping and cutting and piece’s ejecting at same time. Holes drilling adopt advanced hot melt drilling, the tapping station adopt servo tapping system that allows the realization of fast and precise machining. The machine is available for different aluminium cleat production, it’s the right solution for aluminium cleats, aluminum hardware, aluminum connector making. The working cycle is fully automatic, each piece production time is only 4~6 second.
