The machine has multiple processing to realize feeding, double side holes drilling, single side tapping, cutting, the cleat both ends tapping and countersinking and finished product ejecting at same time. Holes drilling adopt spindle motor and tapping adopt servo tapping system that allows the realization of fast and precise machining. The machine is available for different aluminium mullion cleat production, it’s the right solution for aluminium cleats making and aluminum corner connector producing, aluminum corner key fabrication. The working cycle is fully automatic, each piece production time is only 4~6 second.
