WMF-1830C uPVC Window and Door CNC 4-corner Welding Machine

Features and functions: 
1.        This machine is made up of four heads, fixed pole, active pole, machine frame, electricity control box, etc.
2.        The machine head is mainly made up of orientation heating mechanism, horizontal feeding pressing mechanism and vertical feeding pressing mechanism.
3.        The left up and down heads can be opened and closed along the fixed pole.
4.        The right up and down heads can be opened and closed along the moving pole.
5.        The orientation heating mechanism can realize orientation and heating. The up and down clamp can realize the pressing.
6.        This machine is used for uPVC door and window welding processing.
7.        The four heads can work at the same time. And it enables a one-step welding for rectangle window frame and window pane.
8.        It adopted imported PLC and CNC control system, which makes the machine features high accuracy, reliability and wide processing range.
9.        It is easy to operation and high efficient , especially suitable for batch production.
