MDC-03 Automatic Cleat Drilling and Cutting Machine
The machine has multiple processing to realize feeding, two holes drilling, cutting and piece’s ejecting at same time. Holes drilling adopt high speed spindle motor that allows the realization of fast and precise machining. The machine is available for height of 10~55mm cleat production, it’s the right solution for aluminium cleats making. The working cycle is fully automatic, each piece production time is only 3~4 second.
